Lycopene Power Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup watermelon chunks
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 cup green tea (cooled)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Add ice if desired
- Top with extra pumpkin seeds
Prostate-Healthy Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
- 1 cup water or almond milk
- 2 Brazil nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- Drizzle of honey
Instructions:
- Cook oats according to package directions
- Top with Brazil nuts, blueberries, and flaxseed
- Drizzle with honey and enjoy with green tea

Tomato-Turmeric Salmon
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Black pepper, salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil, saute garlic, add crushed tomatoes and turmeric
- Place salmon in the sauce, cover and cook 12-15 minutes
- Steam broccoli and serve alongside
- Add black pepper to boost turmeric absorption
Cruciferous Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil, saute garlic and ginger
- Add Brussels sprouts and cauliflower first (harder veggies)
- After 5 minutes, add broccoli and kale
- Add soy sauce, cook until tender-crisp. Serve over brown rice.
